Founded by Mr Robert Heng and Mrs Ruby Heng, OC Land is part of the Orchard Credit Group.
Over the past 43 years the Orchard Credit Group has grown from a leading and reputable auto-finance dealer in Singapore, into a diversified group of six business units across 4 different industries, namely Auto-Financing, Properties/Real Estate, Rare and Fine Wine Merchant, Wine Storage facilities, Dining and retailing of Pre-owned cars.
Orchard Credit’s corporate office is located at #04-04 OC Building, 1 Chang Charn Road to allow the different business units to tap on each other’s expertise and facilitate higher growth.
